My experience in get-paid.com

Hello internet world, today I will review a rather popular website that promises its users can make up to 200$ extra per month. Of course, after hearing such a claim I had to check it out for myself. In this link http://www.get-paid.com/index.php you will find an introductory video making the aforementioned claims. Also, on their homepage you will see this diagrams trying to convince you how easy is to make money using their services. 

As you can see from the snapshot they describe their services in 3 easy steps.

First register, then earn coins through all the different methods, and lastly cash in your coins. Easy enough isn't it? Well no, I actually tried it and it is not as easy as it looks. So far I have been able to make a couple of coins through watching videos, which is probably the easiest way to earn coins. However, there is a limited amount of videos per day; thus, limiting your capacity to earn easy coins. There is also a toolbar you can download, and if you use it you can also earn easy coins. Nevertheless, if you are like me, and you live in Western Europe this toolbar will not be available; therefore, further limiting your ability to make extra cash.

There are also other ways to make coins; such as games, surveys and tasks. Nonetheless, in my opinion, the main method is through completing the offers they give you. In this snapshot you can see some of the offers and how many coins you will earn. For example; as you can see there is an offer for lexa.nl (a dating website), in which you can make 250 coins. I completed the registration and still did not receive my coins. This is because the registration process does not allow you to earn coins until you actually become a paying member. So just opening a free account is not enough.  The cost to become a member for one month in this website is 25 euros, so actually you will lose money in this transaction, as the amount of coins is not nearly enough to recover the money spent. 

Let us take a look a the payout options they got. They have many more options

like Amazon and Western Union, but I decided to take a look at the paypal options since it is one of the most common ways to transact money online. The minimum amount is 2500 coins which equates to 5$. Not much eh? Considering that we would have to spend 25 euros in order to make 250 coins; as mentioned in the previous paragraph. It becomes clear that this is actually not a very good way to make an income. Surely you can make some residual income, but I highly doubt that you will make 200$ extra per month. Lastly, I want to take a brief look at their referral system. This is very common way to earn money, by duping your friends into joining this website you can make some extra cash as referrals. I suppose that if you get many referrals you can earn a more substantial amount of money; however, I do not think is nice tricking your friends and family into a website that is so dishonest, that they claim on their homepage that you can just make 200$ extra per month with little to no effort.

Join because, you want to get cheaper products or offers, or simply to help a fellow blogger. But do not join expecting to become rich.
